We're looking for people like you to help make it happen.Job Summary:CSA Group has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative.Reporting to the Team Lead, Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Representative serves as an internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries, project quotes and services. Supports the development of new accounts and the development of new opportunities within established accounts through service excellence. To support and promote continued growth of new business for CSA Group Standards products and services.Responsibilities:Responsible for the profitable sales of CSA products and services to new and existing clients while providing exceptional customer service.Addressing unique regional needs to achieve revenue targets and expand the market for standards and related products and services.Creating sales quotes in support of standard products, services and training sales. Executes the sales of such from a variety of sources including inbound and outbound calls.Provides support to the Toronto office in terms of online store orders, sales emails, etc. to load balance and offset peak volumes.Maintains and develops ongoing strategic relationships with regional decision makers to grow the business. Planning and carrying regional business development activities and strategies ranging from cold calls, sourcing leads, and face-to-face meetings.Represents the CSA group at trade shows and conferences including presenting a professional corporate image while recognizing, developing and acting-on sales opportunities.Frequent analysis, problem solving, and reconciliation of transactions involving issuing returns and credits, collections and invoicing.Works seamlessly in a variety of software systems and applications including Microsoft Office 365, Sales Force, and Call-Centre technologies, etc.Ensures safe, secure and proper handling of customer financial records.Proposes system solutions and continuous improvement recommendations to Managers when necessary.Monitors and reports on activities and provides relevant management information.Attends regular training or events to maintain and develop relevant knowledge and skills.Performs as a divisional liaison for CSA employees providing product knowledge, access to standards, while promoting cross-divisional product and service opportunities.Education:Bachelors’ degree in Business and/or Marketing is an asset.Experience: 3-5 years of Sales or Marketing and Customer Service experience in Business to Business sales is preferredMinimum 2 years of experience with Sales and/or Customer Service is required to have a baseline knowledge of CSA products and servicesSkills: Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM database applications - SAP, Salesforce are assetsInterpersonal & Communication Skills with internal and external customersStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service skillsProblem solving ability requiredDetail oriented and able to handle multiple tasksExcellent time management skillsComputer proficiency and analytical skillsApplicants with proficiency in French will be given special consideration.#CSAstandards
