Program Specialist - Process & Tools

If you have a good idea, we'll provide the environment in which it will thrive and grow into a great product or customer experience. Your ideas are our fuel.In your role, you will Act the resource person for all the program processes and promote them; Act as the expert for programs processes and interact with process experts from other functions; List, centralize, document, harmonize, and improve the business processes of the programs function by working closely with engineering, procurement, methods, customer service, finance, etc.; Analyze, identify, propose and implement improvements to programs processes; Organize and lead process improvement workshops; Coordinate and participate to the update of the BM; Compile IT tool requirements from the different program teams and develop specifications for the development of new IT tools while ensuring standardization among Programs teams; Support users in the program team during the deployment phase of new tools and processes; Define a master plan for the development and revision of the Bombardier Manuals (BM) and processes for the programs function; Deploy the Programs Academy including a curriculum of courses aligned with the progression of program analysts of the different groups; Develop training modules and train the program analysts. As our ideal candidate You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field; You have a strong understanding of the programs processes; You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in programs, business analysis, industrial engineering or equivalent; Working experience in the aerospace industry is an asset; You have experience in project management as well as knowledge of aircraft development cycle; You have good presentation skills and are attentive to details; You have excellent bilingual oral and written communication skills; You are organized, a vector of change and focused on solutions;; You have good computer skills in a Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, etc.; You have logical and flexible mindsets, show initiatives, and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches.
