Position Summary : Administers Accounts Payable for Eldorado Resort by coding and posting invoices in a timely manner and accurate fashion. In addition to supporting other roles within the accounting department as required by business levels and needs.

What will you be doing? Reporting to the Property Controller, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Code and post timely and accurately invoices
  • Request and review statements, following up with old or incorrect invoices
  • Ensure timely and accurate intercompany billings working closely with Accounts Receivable
  • Oversee accounts payable vendors ensuring information is up to date and accurate
  • Delegate and manage tasks as required to meet deadlines
  • Month end inventory spot check with F&B outlets
  • Ongoing assistance with bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate accounting information as required for month

  • Assist with other accounting projects as assigned
