DescriptionThe 1000heads Relationships team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, experts managing influencer relationships. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Accounts, Insights, to Design, to Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join us hybrid in Montreal. 70-90k Canadian Dollars. RoleThe Relationship Manager will work across the business and help manage influencer relationships for a variety of brands. This Includes: strategy, influencer engagement, content management, FTC monitoring and measurement projections/reports. This role will particularly be working with a large beauty company. Responsibilities Building client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations Building influencer relationships; establish a genuine connection with influencers of all levels to promote trust and two-way communication Help lead Profiling briefs to ensure the team have a clear understanding of their target audience Responsible for ensuring the Profiling processes (briefing and approval) are adhered to Maintaining a consistent understanding & competence on Profiling across all team members; identification and verification of Influential Voices Maintaining the exceptional standard of all campaign engagement including ethical considerations Working along with team to develop, innovative, bring creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns Responsible for the timely response of all communication from voices and on-going relationship maintenance Track budgets, manage invoices, administer legal agreements and ensure compliance Overseeing Event and activation planning, execution and performance. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including the ability to adapt rapidly to changes. Foster relationships with influencers and maintain an ear to the ground for new creators to collaborate with. Ensuring that events run to agreed client budgets and clients approve all expenditure before it happens, particularly 3rd party expenditure
