Job Description:

Assist Regulatory Affairs Consultants, Health Canada, manufacturers and their consultants with necessary regulatory initiatives. Administer GMP and SOP procedures, Health Canada notifications, product registrations, licensing renewals, credit returns and other quality control initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Previous Experience with quality control, GMP and SOP procedures is necessary.
  • French as a second language is an asset.

Regulatory duties:

  • Keep current with national and provincial regulations and ensure compliance
  • Assist with the preparation of regulatory submissions
  • Assist with the registration of new products in Canada
  • Facilitate license renewals and necessary company trainings
  • Update documentation outlining standard processes in each department
  • Coordinate quality control initiatives

Administrative duties:

  • Facilitate credit returns and necessary paperwork
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Support Management with in-house initiatives and special occasions
  • Support Customer Service Team
