Randstad is currently seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support one of our esteemed clients located in Langford, British Columbia. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient operations within the office environment. Job Overview: Full Time Temporary Administrative Assistant Location: Langford, BC Duration: Temporary (3 Weeks) Date: Immediate start Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (1 hour unpaid break) Monday to Friday Pay: $25 per hour Advantages • $25/hour • Monday to Friday • Reputable company to work with • Weekly Pay • 4% Vacation paid weekly Responsibilities • Review, organize, and prepare documents for Property Manager. • Handle incoming phone inquiries efficiently. • Demonstrate strong communication skills. • Utilize Microsoft Office proficiently. • Maintain security standards, requiring a clear criminal record check.
