The ILS Engineer will provide comprehensive logistics support analysis for various company programs, ensuring compliance with all customer and company requirements. Candidates must be eligible to meet the requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Canadian Government Security Clearances. Pension matching Duties and Responsibilities: Provide expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to various projects, conducting analyses such as Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), Sparing Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Obsolescence Analysis, and Life Cycle Cost (LCC). Review and/or author ILS analysis reports, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to deliverable standards. Research engineering drawings, technical specifications, and equipment catalogues for publication changes and revisions. Review Technical Data Packages (TDP) to ensure accuracy and relevance. Support System & Project Engineering/Program Management in technical problem resolution and design accuracy reviews. Assist in evaluating ILS proposals from suppliers. Communicate effectively with customers on technical data support matters. Uphold company culture and values, completing work with high quality and within designated timelines. Maintain professionalism and respect when interacting with customers and colleagues. Continuously enhance skills through ongoing learning and development. Requirements and Qualifications: University Degree/Diploma in a technical field related to aviation discipline or equivalent. 10+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in Integrated Logistics Support, including experience with Technical Data Package production, management, and acquisition. 3-5 years of experience in aircraft Electrical/ILS Engineering. Proficiency in applicable military standards and specifications relevant to the aerospace industry. Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, airworthiness/safety issues, and ISO/IEC 15288-2008 Systems Engineering. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (including Excel and Access).
