Pentincton retail facility is looking to hire an immediate temporary merchandisers to join our expanding team! You will make a great fit if you have a background in a fast-paced distribution environment and can work efficiently in a warehouse setting. Previous Merchandising experience is considered an asset. Shift: Sunday- Thursday Time: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (graveyard shift) Wage: $20 an hour + 4% vacation pay Area: Pentincton, BC Transit accessible You have Steel Toe Boots You can meet the shift and schedule requirements This is a full-time position, the ideal candidate will need to be available to start immediately You are legally permitted to work full-time in British Columbia Advantages - Wage: $20/HR + 4% vacation pay - Graveyard shift timings available - Work and Home life balance - Immediate start date - Weekly paychecks - Seamless onboarding process Responsibilities -Merchandising -Operating pallet jack to load and unload the items -Capping bins, stocking picks, completing section work -Completing modular activities all in a safe and clean environment. - Material handling duties; Loading and unloading the items - Ensuring items are accurately picked and identified to avoid discrepancies - Adhering to all safety and equipment regulations, and maintaining a clean work environment - General warehouse maintenance and up keep Qualifications - You bring a minimum of 6 months in a warehouse or fast paced distribution environment - You are capable to work in a fast paced distribution environment with speed, reliability and accuracy - Fast Learner and can work with efficiency - Can follow set of instructions and safety procedures as required - Knowledge of safe lifting and handling techniques - Have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail - Team player, adaptable, and energetic with a positive professional attitude - You can meet the shift and schedule requirements - You can meet the physical requirements; lift, move product/supplies in excess of 50lbs (pushing, pulling, bending, standing for 8 hours) - You have Steel Toed Shoes - You are legally permitted to work Fulltime in British Columbia Summary If this sounds like the perfect job opportunity for you, look no further!
