This is a part-time position. How you will make contributions that matter... Operate automated control systems, stationary engines, and auxiliary equipment such as boilers, pumps, compressors, and other equipment to provide heat, ventilation, refrigeration and wastewater treatment for buildings and industrial manufacturing process. Monitor and visually inspect plant equipment, valves, gauges, alarms, meters, and other instruments to measure temperature, pressure, flow and other that are part of the system that provide, heat, ventilation, refrigeration and wastewater treatment for the building and the industrial manufacturing process Inspect leaks or other equipment malfunctions and make sure plant equipment is operating at maximum efficiency. Analyze and record instrument readings and equipment malfunctionsTroubleshoot and perform corrective action and minor repairs to prevent equipment or system failureClean and lubricate pumps and compressors and perform other routine equipment maintenance duties using appropriate lubricants and hand, power, and precision toolsMaintain a daily log of operation, maintenance, and safety activities, and write reports about plant operationMay assist in the development of operation, maintenance, and safety proceduresYou are best suited for the role if you… 4th or 3rd.
