Job Title: Taxi Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week for a period of 3 years

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of company’s cab drivers.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve performance.
• Order parts for maintenance/repairs and oversee that cars are serviced as needed.
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• Prepare work reports and budgets, and monitor expenditures.

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma
• Bachelors’ degree (preferred)
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience in the transportation industry is preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license
