Invoicing

Coordination of jobs and technicians

Data Entry

General office duties

Administrative Assistant is expected to have the following proficient knowledge, skills and abilities: Knowledge :

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and accounting software is an assett
  • A strong command of reading and writing english

Skills :

  • Effective communication
  • Confident computer skills
  • Time management
  • Organized
  • Types at least 75 WPM

Abilities :

Working Conditions

You are required to be able to:

  • Sit for at least 5 hours at a time
  • Work effectively under high stress conditions.
