Our Client Service Centre is a contact centre that services clients all over the Lower Mainland. Whether it’s over the phone or through email, you’ll handle client inquiries and educate clients on their auto insurance needs. Requirements Level 1 General Insurance License 6+ months of previous insurance experience 1-2 years of customer service experience A Day in the Life Be a part of the team that services over 100,000 auto clients within the Greater Vancouver region. You’ll be taking inbound and outbound calls from our Client Service Centre located in Burnaby. Whether it’s over the phone, through email or even our text messaging program, you’ll handle client inquiries and educate clients on their auto insurance needs. Our hours of operations are Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm, Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9a to 5pm. Closed Sundays. Where This Can Take You We invest in our employees! The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
