Job Description: Job Summary This position handles packages. This position performs other tasks as requested. Will be working in a secured part of the warehouse. Responsibilities: Learns UPS shipment rates and features of service. Traces packages and follows claim procedures. Follows billing and collection procedures. Will be doing some data entry as well. Communicates internally with operating centers and other departments. Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs. Communication skills Microsoft Office skills Availability to work flexible shift hours, 5 days per week. Approximate hours are 4:30 to 9:30 PM. S hift averages 3-5 hours a day, but hours, start times/finish times may vary with operational need.  Needs to be able to pass a 5 year background check.
