Our talented team of multi-disciplinary creators, marketers and strategists have one thing in common: the desire to bring our products to all users who want to broaden the limits to their imagination.Key Responsibilities:Create and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency in brand colors, typography, logo usage and image styles.Enhance brand recognition and loyalty by maintaining a cohesive visual identify across all marketing materialsDevelop compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and convey the brand's core message.Utilize design to effectively tell the brand story to strengthen the emotional connection between the brand and its audience.Work with entire team on a creative audit to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and company voiceConceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materialsDevelop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative teamDelegate projects to in-house designers and oversee storyboardsObtain team approval of final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; encourage members to provide feedback; and respond to internal commentary and requestsOversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizationalRequired Skills:Proficiency in digital creative and video production.Lead the digital design team in creating high-quality digital marketing communications and ensure visuals are consistent with the brand.Develop and visualize concepts for campaigns, and branding initiatives with a focus on aligning with business objectives.Exceptional art direction for social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.Proven ability to create engaging content for social media platforms.Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.Create and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency in brand colours, typography, logo usage, and image styles.Stay updated on design trends and encourage professional development within the team.Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design staff.Qualifications:8+ years of professional experience in digital creative, with 4+ years as Art Director or management role, preferably in an advertising agency or in-house creative department.Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite.Good understanding of web analytics.Proficiency in motion design software like After Effects, Cinema 4D is a plus.Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred Compensation Package: Competitive salary commensurate with experienceBonus incentive program paid quarterlyComprehensive benefits after 3 months including extended health and dentalPersonal spending account + Health spending account15 days' Vacation days:5 days Paid sickLots of growth opportunitiesDue to the high volume of applications, we receive, only those shortlisted will be contacted.
