Int. Bilingual Application Support Analyst with Windows OS Experience to provide store support for our large grocery retail clientStatus: Permanent (Full-Time)Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Montreal) Responsibilities: · Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of applications in the Store Support team's portfolio. · Provide specialized technical support for our store applications. · Identify root cause of issues and prioritize with relevant team. · Update systems documentation and make necessary changes to user documentation when incidents are resolved.· Monitor applications and their components along various dimensions, including end-user experience, application interfaces, runtime code exceptions, and performance. Suggest improvements if necessary.· Target opportunities to automate processes or innovate business operations using application capabilities.· Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing advice and answering questions. Proactively disseminate new best practices.· Inform relevant team members and other teams of product backlog status, incidents and projects as required. Liaise between suppliers, users and the product team.· Target and communicate potential application risks and enhancements to adequately prevent issues and mitigate risks.Must Haves:Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science3+ years in Technical Application SupportBilingual (French/English) Windows OS - SCCM trouble shootingNice to have:Grocery/Retail Industry Experience PowerShell ScriptingExperience working with external service providers and in vendor management.Technical knowledge of product areas related to category management, promotions, pricing and master data
