The successful candidate will join a growing team of over 100 professionals dedicated to innovation, excellence, and growth.Key Responsibilities:Product Marketing: Facilitate product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies. Develop and execute GTM strategies for new and existing products. Collaborate with product management and sales teams for product positioning.Marketing Strategy and Planning: Formulate marketing strategies and campaigns in alignment with business goals. Carry out market research to understand market trends and competitive landscape. Manage marketing budgets for optimal ROI.Brand and Campaign Management: Oversee the branding initiatives and execute consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for product awareness and adoption.Content Development: Oversee quality content creation for various marketing channels. Collaborate with the creative and design team to develop engaging marketing materials. Ensure alignment with overall brand voice and marketing strategy.Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and manage the company’s online presence. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technologies.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the marketing team, offer guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Align marketing initiatives with overall business goals in collaboration with senior leadership.Public Relations and Communications: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders. Oversee the creation of public relations materials and manage crisis communication efforts.
