Kettleby Contracting was established in 1989 and we are a leading construction landscape company in Ontario. We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who is a hard worker, with high attention to detail, a strong work ethic and have worked in a similar role in the construction industry.

Administrator - Landscape Construction

main DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES will include (not limited to)

  • Conduct all business in a professional and timely fashion
  • working mainly with the project manager to assist with administrative duties as assigned.
  • Job/employee tracking
  • Tender/Bond processing and submission
  • Invoicing
  • Tracking holdbacks
  • WSIB certificates
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Order and coordinate delivery of up to date locates to all job sites.
  • Monitor expiry date of locates and re-order as required.
  • Other general office duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed
  • Knowledge of accounting software Quickbooks Online is an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
  • 1+ years experience in a similar position within the construction industry.

Job Type : Part-time

Salary : $20.00-$24.00 per hour
