Crypto Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality control and quality assurance checks, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), managing quality control systems, and conducting quality audits.

Your responsibilities will include: Designing and executing manual tests for diverse product modules, including software, AI, algorithms, and web functionality Analyzing, identifying, and tracking product issues Report bugs and errors to development teams. Assist in troubleshooting and issues investigations. Understand the technical details of all issues and proposed changes to the products. Collaborate and work closely with other colleagues (development, product). Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing features to meet client needs. Technical customer support

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements Proven experience in manual software testing techniques and methodologies Excellent attention to detail and dedication to quality Ability to research and resolve technical issues Familiarity with Crypto Exchange Knowledge in CRM methodologic Motivated and independent Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Experience with Jira a plus BS in computer science or an equivalent engineering field a plus.
