Job Title: Receptionist and Office Clerk (Maternity Leave Replacement) Location: Vaudreuil, Quebec Company Overview: Join our dynamic team located in Vaudreuil to assist with our office functions. We are seeking a skilled Receptionist and Office Clerk to cover a maternity leave position and contribute to our ongoing success. Position Overview: As a Receptionist and Office Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage various tasks efficiently and professionally. Advantages Monday to Friday work during regular business hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Competitive salary Parking on site Work in Vaudreuil , no bridge to cross if you live off island Responsibilities RECEPTIONIST COMPONENT (20%) - Answer the telephone and route calls; - Greet visitors (have visitors sign in); - Provide personal protective equipment; - Create outgoing and incoming registered mail. ADMINISTRATION (80%) - Perform data entry in Excel software; - Print documents and enter data for production; - Produce and print reports based on data provided (cost prices); - Verification and filing of accounts payable invoices; - Invoicing, preparation of credit/billing deposit slip for customer accounts; - Produce invoicing-related documents; - Send copies of purchase orders and invoices to designated persons; - Perform any other tasks requested or required. Qualifications - Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position; - DEP in office automation or accounting (an asset); - Excellent command of French (oral and written) and English (oral and written); - Excellent command of IT tools (MS Office suite), particularly Word and Excel; - Excellent team spirit and customer service skills; - Organizational skills, autonomy and versatility Advantages - Dynamic team - Employee assistance program - On-site parking - Group insurance plan - Social activities Summary Why Randstad?
