Company in the high-end automobile field, well established in Ville Saint-Laurent, is currently looking for an administrative sales assistant to join its team! Reporting to the branch director, your work helps ensure the proper functioning of files until the vehicles are delivered to customers! Advantages Permanent position Town of Mont-Royal 100% face-to-face Salary of 50k plus benefits 3 weeks vacation Classic Hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 37.5 hrs/week Fun, relaxed environment, dynamic team Opportunity for advancement Parking available Responsibilities Responsibilities include: - Preparation of new leases, renewals, terminations and documentation necessary to complete the files - Performs credit checks when necessary. - Create files for updating inventories - Creation of invoices - Performs lien checks on all asset purchases (prior to vehicle purchase) - Prepare license documents using SAAQ Clic & final invoice to the customer. - Vehicle import/export monitoring - Replacement at reception if necessary - Other tasks and responsibilities as needed Qualifications Requirements:  -Experience in a similar position: within a car dealership would be a great asset! -Bilingualism, both oral and written -Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite -Organized, attention to detail, - Show initiative, team spirit -Interpersonal skills -Sense of priorities and urgency Summary If you are passionate about the automotive field and want to work in a beautiful, dynamic and relaxed environment, while having fun!
