Member Services Representative (Casual)

You’re invited to make a difference as a Casual Member Services Representative at our Mount Forest Branch MSRs represent the face of Kindred to our members engaging with us in our branch locations. MSRs serve as a knowledgeable and trusted service partner, connecting members with solutions that best fit their financial needs, and enabling them to experience banking with purpose.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build relationships with members, asking good questions and listening to understand their needs
• Deliver exemplary service to members in completing a variety of everyday financial transactions.
• Refer members to branch colleagues for advice and solutions relating to credit and investments
• Bring expertise in Kindred’s distinct offering of products and services to members’ attention to answer questions and provide solutions for future needs
• Ensure members are equipped to access digital channels so they can bank with Kindred where, when and how they want
• Customer service and cash handling, experience in banking preferred
• Some post-secondary education, ideally in accounting/business
• Active commitment to Kindred’s shared values and purpose
