Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as

• Greet and assist customers with their automotive needs
• Provide expert advice on automotive parts, tires, wheels and aftermarket accesories
• Assist with product selection and purchases
• Handle customer inquires and resolve issues with proffesionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Utilize your mechanical knowledge to assist customers with technical questions
• Operate both automatic and standad transmission vehicles as needed

Qualifications

• Skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Able to resolve customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an asset
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking
• Experience in Automotive Service Advisor or Automotive Parts sales would be considered an asset.
• Some Social Media knowledge.
