Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 Responsibilities: Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on Decisive and proactive in the sales process About Company At Local Home Finder, we are dedicated to our core values of Family, Integrity, and Community.
