We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with a deep understanding of the contract manufacturing industry and a strong network within the USA.About the role: establish and grow their presence in the USA market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research, collaborating with internal teams for seamless project execution, preparing and presenting business proposals, achieving sales targets, executing growth strategies, establishing relationships with new business partners, building product concepts, developing a product innovation pipeline and pricing strategies, gathering information on industry trends, reviewing sales targets and KPIs, managing proposal development and contract negotiations, and attending trade shows and conferences.About You: minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, for contract manufacturing industry.They should have a proven track record of successfully opening and growing business in the USA market, a strong understanding of USA market dynamics, regulations, and industry trends, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, willingness to travel, and solid experience in building trust and securing new business are essential. The candidate should also have knowledge and application of a strategic selling approach, the ability to navigate medium/large organizations, deep understanding of competitors, product lines, industry trends, and market influences, and financial acumen. A strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required.What do you need to do?
