Our team is currently recruiting for a full time bilingual customer service agent who will be responsible for taking inbound calls regarding fraud reports. Want to know more? Read on below! Salary: $21 $22 per hour Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM – Monday to Friday (37.5 hours), or 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM – Monday to Friday (37.5 hours), or 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM – Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) In-person Training: 1 week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Afterwards, remote.
