The Role: As a Bilingual Software Training & Transitions (ST&T) Trainer – Sales you will provide training to existing customers on our Dealer Management Software, in both English and French. You will be responsible for assisting customers’ training both on the phone and virtually leading up to the new software completion. Bilingual ST&T Trainers also assist the customer onsite/in person, when required, with new software install training. This is not a remote work opportunity. Job Responsibilities: Learn and develop an understanding of all areas of the PBS softwareLearn and develop an understanding of the process for training customers on the PBS softwareLearn and develop an understanding of data entry and other key tasksBecome an install resource without assistanceDemonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks without direction from Team LeadsTaking the initiative to learn new products to increase their knowledgeProvide excellent support to our customers in our softwareBe able to talk about and be able to navigate our DMS Software to be able to better assist our customersWork directly with customers and train all sessions in assigned module or modulesMaintain a positive relationship with customers, identifying customer needs and ensure they are being metResponds to both internal and external training requests in a timely mannerWrite up tickets and investigate issues that arise and escalate issues to the corresponding teamsCreate and maintain a positive work environmentKnowledge sharing within own module and others within ST&TMaintain documentation and update as processes change within departmentWillingness to commit to an ongoing system of education and cross-trainingEnsure ST&T queue is monitoredCustomer focus / excellent customer service skillsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)1-2 years’ previous experience in the automotive industry/dealership environment preferred, PBS experience considered a strong assetExperience in the sales area of a dealership preferredHigh School DiplomaStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication skillsStrong problem solving & trouble shooting skillsStrong documentation abilitiesEffective time management & organizational skillsStrong multi-tasking & prioritizationWillingness to go the “Extra Mile”Travel within Canada and the USA (1 week per month) is required; in consequence, proof of COVID-19 vaccination and a valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable) are required What we offer: Internal promotion and growth opportunitiesAn education department dedicated to helping you with professional and personal developmentThe opportunity to travelFree parking Staff eventsCompetitive annual base salary Bonus for product certification up to $4,800 per year Great referral bonusStaff discounts with GM, Dell, Goodlife and more.
