The Role: As a Bilingual Software Training & Transitions (ST&T) Trainer – Sales you will provide training to existing customers on our Dealer Management Software, in both English and French. You will be responsible for assisting customers’ training both on the phone and virtually leading up to the new software completion. Bilingual ST&T Trainers also assist the customer onsite/in person, when required, with new software install training. This is not a remote work opportunity.
