As the Continuous Improvement Manager – Corporate Services, you willlead a team of Business Analysts that support IT services and processes acrossour corporate services and support portfolio including Human Resources, Finance and Maintenance. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, subject matter experts and IT teams to identifyareas and programs for improvement,develop and prioritizeproduct backlogs, collaborate with business and IT on solution designand,support the implementationchanges to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business operations. You are responsible for creating and maintaining the product backlog, reporting and monitoring progressof Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring that teamsarefocused on the most important prioritiesand,ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesHigh level of collaboration on product features and prioritization of backlogPartner with business and developer leads to navigate through development roadblocks.Lead backlog prioritization sessions to maintain a consistently up-to-date and prioritized backlog of clearly defined features/stories.Assist in the execution process within the agile development teams, implement and run activities.Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, and software engineers to develop the best solution options.Accountability for working with the business to develop capabilities and solutions to address requirements and achieve desired outcomes.Lead a team that can translate problem statements and solution hypotheses into user stories or other forms of requirements, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and measurable success metrics.Provide mentorship to the Business Analysts and product specialists within your team.Skills and CompetenciesRelationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers.Ability to surface, prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder priorities.Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong meeting facilitation skills.Ability to lead a constructive retrospective session regarding processes, tools, practices and outcomes.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including experience interpreting data, sometimes with limited context and direction.Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen.Demonstrated success in defining and building products.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.Proven ability to communicate in a clear, accurate, concise and professional manner, both written and oral.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience).5 years of leadership experience.5years of product management or related experience OR a strong track record of customer-centric thinking that indicates future success in this role.5 years of Disciplined Agile OR related experience with a strong track record of delivering business centric results Significant experience in customer- and user-facing roles, including interviewing, meeting facilitation, presentation, conflict resolution and negotiation.Background in transportationis preferred. Why Bison: • Thrive in a supportive team that provides coaching and training to help develop your skills and progress your career• Dispersed work environments that promote a healthy work-life balance• Meaningful and impactful work and projects with an essential service provider• Join our engaging Wellness Program & extracurricular sports teamsAbout Bison: • Celebrating over 50 years in Business• Active in giving back through Corporate Social Responsibility and Charitable Giving• Committed to environmental sustainability
