Accountivity Temporary Staffing is hiring! Our client in  Toronto, ON  is actively looking for a Billing Clerk to join their team. Job Title: Billing Clerk Location: Toronto, ON Length of Assignment: Temporary Salary: $60,000/yr Responsibilities: Actively prepare comprehensive project billing support of time and materials and cost reimbursables including invoice generation and monthly reporting for clients. Manage invoicing through creation of the billing sheet, the invoice, and tracking client PO spend. Analyze costs and revenue of projects to ensure profitability and complete invoicing in accordance with the project quoting process. Apply analytical ability and respond to client inquiries on billing costs analysis. Create and maintain billing databases that analyze and validate freight and labour costs and ensure accurate billing to our clients. Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and any other related invoice issues with clients. Prepare account reconciliations and variance analysis as required. Assist Accounting department with various month/year end requirements. Support the accounting team members as required. Qualifications: Post-Secondary education in Accounting is required or equivalent work experience Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong business acumen, Naturally inquisitive with attention to detail. Ability to rapidly adapt to change and deliver under minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
