Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent Bilingual Consumer Credit Associate to work full-time for our client, this position is remote and requires flexibility in working hours. Our client provides indirect vehicle financing and leasing solutions to consumers and commercial customers. This position involves the purchase of sales finance contracts from franchise automobile dealerships. An analysis is done to determine whether the loan applicant meets acceptable underwriting standards. Flexibility required.Salary: 50-60 k annual+ perks/benefits and bonus.Duties and Responsibilities: Review and make appropriate decisions on loan applications that meet acceptable underwriting standards, while maintaining a high level of service to Internal and External customersAbility to balance the demands of Production, Sales Support, Risk, and Quality Assessments as establishedBuild and maintain a proactive relationship with automobile dealersBuild and maintain positive working relationships with peers and BDMsProvide backup support for team members and assist the Special Credit team with Funding issuesBilingual French/English is preferred but not required Hours of operations are Monday to Saturday: 8am-9pm PST. Flexibility required. QualificationsTwo (2) to five (5) years of Credit Analyst experience or a combination of education and/or experienceFunding knowledge, thorough knowledge of the credit review process as well as knowledge of credit scoringHigh school diploma requiredCollege degree preferredThorough knowledge of credit analysis and loan documentationStrong communications skills – oral and writtenIntermediate to advanced user experience with Excel, Word, and OutlookSelf-starter with excellent time management skillsStrong interpersonal and team-building skillsCoaching and feedback skillsBi-lingual French/English required
