The Service Advisor verifies warranty and service contract coverage, develops estimates of work required, and writes repair orders and maintains records.Schedule:Full-timeCompensation:$60,000 - $100,000 per year What We Offer:Internal Growth and Skill development programsEmployee Assistance ProgramRRSPDentalExtended Health CareWho You Are:2 years' dealership experience is a mustPBS experience preferredStrong work ethicOutstanding attention to detail and organizational skillsSuperior customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectationsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcel at task completionWhat Your Day Will Look Like:Provide the highest level of customer service to all Service clientsRecommend repairs and maintenance by listening to customer description of problemsExamine service history for each customer to determine recommended maintenance and repairPerform multi-point inspections on all customer vehicles upon service write up processCompile quotes for recommended repairs and/or maintenance by utilizing MPI SoftwareVerify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and explain any provisions and exclusions to customersPractice a consistent and thorough follow up process to ensure customers are kept up to date on vehicle condition and statusPrepare clear and concise repair orders and obtain approval signaturesEnter repair orders into service database system and monitor progressCommunicate effectively with Service Technicians to ensure all information is retrieved, documented and communicated with clients on vehicle conditions
