Sooke Bottle Depot is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team! Tuesdays to Saturdays ~8 hours a day.
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing assistance with sorting refundable products, packaging, shipping, and providing cash refunds.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Sort refundable items according to Encrop Pacific processing policies
- Provide information about a variety of accepted products
- Prepare, package, and load product for shipping
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving product return programs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, including cash handling
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Forklift Experience
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
