Job Description:
Manage the company's overseas after-sales service system.
Design service strategies and standards based on the company's business development, continuously optimize and improve the after-sales service process.
Establish service partnerships using local service resources according to business development needs, establish partnership qualification systems and ITR processes, and achieve win-win cooperation with service partners.
Manage service product sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for collecting and analyzing overseas product quality reports, and managing overseas spare parts.
Familiar with "end-to-end" management of after-sales service, requiring the construction of an intelligent after-sales service system that meets business development needs.
Manage customer and partner training systems.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering or related field.
Over 2 years of experience in after-sales service for energy storage products (with local electrical certification).
Understanding of the basic principles of solar energy and energy storage, familiarity with system single-line diagram knowledge, and ability to communicate with customers on basic technical solutions.
Familiar with major after-sales processes, understanding how to communicate with customers and solve technical problems, and track spare parts management.
Positive work attitude, willing to cooperate with international teams, responsible, with strong learning ability and creativity.
Diligent and responsible work ethic, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
