As a member of this collaborative team, you can expect a safe, diverse and inclusive environment, and on-going learning and career development opportunities.   About the Role: Reporting to the Director Project Controls, the Project Controls Lead is responsible for leading and controlling initiatives and recognizing areas of concern, in turn providing advice to support the needs of the BC Buildings business unit.     As a Project Controls Lead at Graham, you will: Advise, assist, or train the project team in implementing Graham standard processes and procedures including:  Project budgets, schedule of values, and cost control Work planning, schedules, and short interval plans Quantity tracking and work progress measurement Carry out escalated support for service desk tickets or calls. Lead specific initiatives and assigned tasks. Identify areas for improvement in process and system functionality. Document and articulate work procedures. Demonstrate expertise in all the tools in at least one area of Project Controls. Participate in corporate improvement initiatives. Lead testing requirements and assign testing to the coordinators for new software. Mentor Project Controls Coordinators and project staff in Project Controls. Communicate well at all levels, understanding and properly interpreting questions asked by the business and promptly responding, escalating when necessary, and updating the client. Provide efficient support and advice on current questions and any potential future issues. Collaborate with peers to help answer questions and provide additional support as necessary. Collaborate with other Corporate Service groups, providing Project Controls expertise and support.   Qualifications & Experience: Equivalent to completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school, or a university degree; degree in Construction or Engineering is preferred. 5+ years of experience in Project Controls In-depth knowledge of cost control, document and planning / scheduling process and systems. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Project Controls software, and P6. Proficiency with InEight Project Suite modules is an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to collaborate effectively with others   Compensation:  $111, 000 - $152, 600 per annum Salary will commensurate with education and experience   If this sounds like you, then Graham may be the right fit.
