For full-time employees :

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The incumbent of this position works in collaboration with the Bikini Village buying team to provide daily support.

  • Perform data entry for the department, compile the results and prepare various reports (supplier performance report, sales report by collections, etc.);
  • Ensure the update of various documents and keep them updated when a modification is made for a certain style;
  • Verify the logistics of the price tag;
  • Ensure good communication and good interdepartmental collaboration;
  • Create, review and send purchase orders to suppliers, as well as follow up on orders until they are delivered;
  • Ensure the conformity of the orders according to specifications;
  • Maintain the reception of logs up-to-date and communicate effectively with the internal teams;
  • Maintain the list and database of suppliers up-to-date;
  • Prepare and participate in various marketing presentations;
  • Perform administrative tasks for the buying department (memos, classification of catalogs, writing descriptions, creation of mood boards, follow-ups, etc.);
  • Keep the collection follow-up and the reception logs updated, then update with modifications (change in quantity, delivery date, change in style number, etc.);
  • Ensure the organization and maintenance of the wardrobe and the showroom;
  • Request and follow up on samples with suppliers;
  • Participate in price reductions and price adjustments from stores or distribution centers;
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the purchasing team;
  • Visit stores on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENT

  • From 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience;
  • College or university degree in fashion marketing, commerce, business administration or equivalent;
  • Functional bilingualism (French/English);
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows;
  • Meticulousness, analytical mind and sense of initiative;
  • Ability to manage multiple files at once.
