It’s our employee promise. Our hybrid work model provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.Read on to see how you can shape the future, win as a team, and grow with us.About the roleWe’re looking for a Manager, Cloud Security to join our growing team!What you'll do here:Be the primary point of contact between Intact and its subsidiaries in the area of cybersecurity.Manage your team’s activities by organizing, planning and controlling the optimal use of human, financial and material resources according to company strategies and budget planning.Manage individual contributors to the operational security team.Master and help evolve Intact’s cybersecurity regulatory framework.Have good command of risk indicators to communicate them to the team, apply them and contribute to their evolution.Develop or update the cybersecurity plans for all Intact subsidiaries.Prepare and regularly present a formal progress status to senior management.Identify and communicate synergies to implement innovative and effective security controls.Effectively measure the risks and know how to skillfully communicate them.Help build a security culture for the entire organization.Remain vigilant to evolving industry cybersecurity solutions and services to ensure constant protection against ongoing threats.What you bring to the table:Graduate studies in a discipline related to cybersecurity or any combination of equivalent education and experienceAt least 10 years of experience working in this fieldAt least 5 years of experience leading a team of cybersecurity specialists or risk analystsCurious, daring, empathetic and strategicExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGreat sense of initiative, negotiation and supervisionExcellent organizational and time management skillsFocus on work relations with your partnersNo Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.#LI-HybridWhat we offerWorking here means you'll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
