General business knowledge and fulfillment process knowledge is necessary. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Create new work orders, schedule work orders to ensure service requests are processed in accordance with KPI's.Verifying service requests are closed and submitting work orders for warranty.Provide Signature Service for homeowners and peers.Performs data entry level clerical work related to RbA CORO service, of limited complexity and variety.Answers telephone and emails; determines nature of service concern and directs individuals to appropriate staff or supplies informationMaintains stock levels of supplies & brochures in the warehouse.Post and update customer management system with current service notes and status. QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year customer service experience.Basic word processing and spreadsheet skillsAbility to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships.Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environmentExcellent phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills in a high-volume setting.CULTURE AND BENEFITS “Be Orange. In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
