We aspire to be the best solution for the Industrial customers' needs for MROP products and services through our Innovative Pumping Solutions, Metal Working, Supply Chain Services and Service Centers.This position is BASED OUT OF PHOENIX, ARIZONA.RELOCATION REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED TO CANDIDATES THAT ARE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO PHOENIX, AZ.Responsibilities of the Pump Technician include, but are not limited to:Repair, fabricate, install and remove a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating industrial pumps as well as gear reducers and other related rotating equipment either in-house or in the fieldQualifications of the Pump Technician include, but are not limited to:Must be mechanically inclinedExperience repairing industrial pumps, rotating equipment OR a validated technical training course (diesel, industrial maintenance or commercial HVAC)Industrial pump knowledge is preferred (training is available)Ability to work in a demanding environmentAbility to achieve results with minimal supervisionAbility to interact with customers/public in a professional and courteous mannerTeam playerAble to operate a forkliftBackground check, physical, and drug test requiredAcceptable driving record according to company guidelines required#LI-YJ1Additional Information:Physical Demand: 50 lb. unassisted lift and up to 100 lb. assisted lift capability requiredWorking Conditions: Power / mining / shop environmentsTraining/Certifications: Diesel, industrial maintenance or commercial HVAC certification preferred but not requiredShift Time/Overtime: 6:00am -2:30pm, Monday - Friday, On-call RotationTravel: To customer sitesEducation: High School DiplomaDXP is always looking for individuals who want to join a team of employees who have the desire to achieve remarkable accomplishments together.
