As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure the successful planning and execution of projects under their oversight. This position supports all aspects of the project, including client care, tendering, contracting, coordination, technical support, quality control, safety, scheduling, and budgeting. : $33.50-$36/hr depending on experience (Permanent Full Time) Mon-Fri, up to 40 hour work week (ocean view office-based role) - Be part of a team that builds one-of-a-kind stunning custom homes,. - $500 gas card to offset your commuting fuel expenses. - Entered into a draw during the Christmas party for a vacation giveaway, valued at up to $5000*. - Career advancement opportunities. - Collaboration and input from all team members are welcomed and valued. - Regular social events to build camaraderie. - Enjoy waterfront views: Take relaxing breaks with walks or bike rides along the water right outside our office. - Contribute to the creation and management of project scopes, ensuring appropriate project planning and timely completions. - Assist in managing project budgets, including supporting monthly reconciliations and preparing client reports. - Coordinate and support project schedules ensuring timelines are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. - Assist in client communications to inform and update clients throughout the project duration. - Support the Construction Manager and Superintendents by coordinating schedules, technical details, and training logistics. - Assist in preparing tenders for contracted work, liaise with the project team for resolution and execute contracts accordingly. - Coordinate procurement of tools, equipment and materials as needed. - Participate and contribute to weekly meetings with all Site Superintendents to maintain project and company controls and processes, promote communications, implement training, and support company safety policies. - Assist with the company safety program, ensuring participation and compliance, as well as implementation and monitoring of new initiatives. - A Health Spending Account (HSA) is provided to cover eligible medical expenses, offering flexibility and control over your healthcare choices after a 3-month probationary period. - 2 weeks of paid vacation. - 5 paid sick days - Adaptable work hours, provided that essential responsibilities are consistently fulfilled. - Vehicle fuel and insurance reimbursement if vehicle used for work purposes. - Paid training opportunities. - At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar in the construction industry - Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace,familiar with project management software - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of required activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment - Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment - Dependable team player with a proactive attitude to anticipate company requirements. - Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail - Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships - Motivated in the pursuit of personal growth and growth of the team. - Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude - Superior written and verbal communication skills - Self-motivated and self-starter. - Able to maintain professionalism and composure in difficult, emotional, or high-stress situations.
