Weaver specializes in pipeline, facility, and civil construction. We have grown from a single crew operation to a company that employs 500 full and part-time workers. With offices in Peace River, Grande Prairie and Fort St John BC. Weaver is looking to add to our team!

Weaver Group has the following positions available for :

  • All pipeline ground crew positions
  • Equipment operators (including Boom, Hoe and Dozer)

General Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years recent experience in small to mid-diameter pipeline construction.
  • Safety-first mindset with thorough knowledge of industry safety protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Skill in assessing, identifying, and mitigating safety risks and hazards.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Experience utilizing the Workhub platform; willingness to maintain 100% compliance.
  • Proficient in English, with strong reading and writing skills.
  • Able to follow directions and work independently.
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of a diverse team.

Qualifications :

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (must provide driver's abstract) non-negotiable.
  • Current and valid safety tickets including: CSO, Ground Disturbance Level 2 / 201, H2S Alive, Standard First Aid ( all tickets are verified, persons with invalid tickets will not be considered ).
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Preference will be given to local individuals and returning Weaver Group Ltd employees.

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
