Technical Trainer

Spartan Staffing Solutions has partnered with a leader in Material Handling Equipment rental and sales. Together we are in search of a Technical Trainer for their team in  Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec  Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical solutions to support the dealer network regarding warranty, service and repair of products. Develop flat rates and codes for the warranty department and implement procedures. Create technical training plans and materials including high voltage forklifts from scratch. Assist with parts book, service and operator's manual improvement. Responsible for dealer communications, technical publications, technical training and service call responsiveness. Produce training curriculum and product information to align with our dealer expectations. Plan, execute and manage the quality support activities at customer locations including sorting and containment activities, data collection and analysis, etc. Review and approve dealer warranty claims including any follow-up as necessary. Coordinate support through communications with Factory Product Engineering, Parts, Warranty, and Technical Publications departments. Monitor product developments and updates to ensure information is available to dealers. Act as a resource to our product manager to facilitate testing and analysis of failed parts and component assemblies. Direct and facilitate training (including safety training), certification and validation of process training of dealers, technicians, and employees as directed. Available for after-hour calls from dealer networks to assist with service-related concerns. Perform other duties assigned related to this position as required.
