POSITION OVERVIEW As the Road Coordinator at Waypoint, you will play a vital role in coordinating our team of mobile insurance agents. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our partner dealership clients receive prompt and efficient service. In addition to responding to dealership service calls, you will coordinate, book appointments for future insurance service calls, and ensure the seamless operation of our mobile services. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a fast-paced, dynamic job that requires quick thinking and a sense of urgency. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Coordinate insurance service requests from auto dealerships daily through phone and email. · Assess client needs and schedule insurance service delivery for licensed mobile road agents. · Monitor service delivery status to ensure prompt handling of all service requests. · Resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner. · Escalate service issues to management as needed. · Work within the branches to foster positive relationships, meeting service level standards with dealer partners. · Collaborate with mobile agents to ensure they are informed and prepared for their shifts. · Perform opening and closing duties. · Ensure the timely completion of daily administrative tasks. · Assist with office maintenance, including ensuring supplies are stocked. REQUIREMENTS: · Well-organized with excellent prioritization skills. · Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to multitask while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. · Strong team player with the ability to work independently. · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
