Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks Establish and implement policies and procedures Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Oversee the preparation of reports Respond to employee questions and complaints Order office supplies and maintain inventory Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
