ABOUT THE POSITION In this role, you will be taking on client requests and creating solutions, liaising between the client and internal construction team and supporting the Project Management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining close relationships with their clients and taking on varying sized projects. THE REQUIREMENTS Commercial TI (tenant improvement) experience as a Senior Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager, seeing projects from start to finish.Customer service style approach to Project Management – creating and maintaining valuable relationships with repeat clients.Construction related education.Prior experience dealing with repeat clients in a commercial/retail setting. COMPENSATION Salary : up to $110,000.00 experience dependent.RRSP Matching.Potential for discretionary bonus.2-3 weeks vacation.Health and Dental benefits.Laptop and cellphone.
