We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist at Annugas, you will play a critical role in manufacturing precision components for our gas compression technology. You'll work in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, contributing to the success of Annugas.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (4 axis milling and 3 axis turning) to produce high-quality parts.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining processes.
  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Program CNC equipment using G-code and MasterCAM software.
  • Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Education & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and operation.
  • Familiarity with FANUC controls.
  • Strong knowledge of G-code and MasterCAM software preferred.
  • Journeyman / Red Seal Machinist certification preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude with the ability to work independently with little supervision.

HSE

  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently noisy working environment.
  • Use of PPE, including safety glasses and steel toe boots required.
  • Able to remain standing for long periods of time.
  • As this position is considered safety sensitive, employment is conditional on satisfactory completion of a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $25.00-$35.00 per hour
