Annugas Compression Consulting Ltd. has been a trusted name in the oil industry since 1986. Our flagship product, the ANNUGAS PRODUCTION ENHANCER®, is an innovative walking beam gas compressor that significantly improves production efficiency while minimizing environmental impact.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist at Annugas, you will play a critical role in manufacturing precision components for our gas compression technology. You'll work in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, contributing to the success of Annugas.

Primary Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (4 axis milling and 3 axis turning) to produce high-quality parts.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining processes.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed.
Program CNC equipment using G-code and MasterCAM software.
Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Education & Experience

3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and operation.
Familiarity with FANUC controls.
Strong knowledge of G-code and MasterCAM software preferred.
Journeyman / Red Seal Machinist certification preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude with the ability to work independently with little supervision.

Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
Frequently noisy working environment.
Use of PPE, including safety glasses and steel toe boots required.
Able to remain standing for long periods of time.
As this position is considered safety sensitive, employment is conditional on satisfactory completion of a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
