Regional Sales Manager – Sealing Products

Responsibilities:Foster strong customer relationships within assigned territories.Driving business growth through account retention, expansion, and prospecting.Managing designated territories, addressing customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and devising sales strategies.Conduct market research, deliver presentations, and provide feedback for product development. Qualifications: At least 5 years of direct work experience as Field Sales, Key Account Manager, Branch Manager or Inside Sales in an industrial distribution or manufacturing environment.Experience with Sealing Products is a must.Experience in the Fluid Power industry will be strongly considered.Proven sales experience with track record of over-achieving quota.Must possess a valid driver license.Essential skills needed: Self-motivation, deadline management, customer service, problem-solving.Proven sales experience with track record of over-achieving quota.
