Tasks Mastery of documents: carefully reviewing plans, drawings, and specifications provided by architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure a thorough and precise understanding of the project. Strategic procurement: collaborating with project assistants to identify needs and organize the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution. Optimal coordination: distributing manufacturing plans according to production priorities and ensuring smooth communication between teams. Thorough monitoring: overseeing installations and construction activities on-site, working closely with superintendents. Time and cost management: leading the management of production schedules, delivery schedules, and budgets to ensure the achievement of defined objectives. Interdepartmental communication: ensuring careful monitoring of procurement while promoting smooth communication between various departments. Performing any other related tasks. Relevant experience in project management. Knowledge of Québec construction laws and regulations. Strong ability to read plans. Good computer skills: Microsoft Office suite, MS Project, and Autocad.
