Our team manages more than 170 properties located in Quebec, Ontario and the United States.POSITION DESCRIPTION:We are currently looking for a person to fill the permanent full-time position as maintenance manager for La Résidence Château Baie-Comeau.The maintenance manager is responsible for coordinating the activities of the housekeeping attendants, managing requisitions and ensuring the guarding of the buildings at all times.
