TV2 Consulting is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful implementation of business solutions. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions Create and maintain detailed documentation such as user stories, process flows, and functional specifications Collaborate with development teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing Provide ongoing support and training to end users Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA or TFS Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CBAP) are a plus Benefits Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week Location: Onsite in Montreal Type of job: Temporary Contractor Hourly contract rate: TBD depending on experience Date candidate required: Immediate Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension
