Your responsibilities  - Evaluate and analyze applications, particularly with affiliated medical associations; - Draft the normative component of the tablings at the negotiation tables; - Analyze and develop arguments on ministerial and federal issues; - Negotiate with the MSSS the conditions for the application, interpretation and amendments of the agreements in place; - Take charge of the internal bargaining committee by establishing the agendas of the internal negotiating committee and ensuring their follow-up, in collaboration with the paralegal in charge; - Facilitate discussions, decision-making and obtaining feedback during negotiation meetings; - Make recommendations to the internal bargaining committee, taking into account legal, professional, economic or political issues; - Conduct negotiations with various government agencies, in collaboration with the Vice-President; - Represent the company on certain internal or external committees; - Support the Director in negotiations related to federative issues. What we are looking for - Member of the Quebec Bar; - Between 10 and 15 years of experience; - Practice in negotiation (essential); - Experience in negotiation with government and/or government or para-governmental organizations (important asset); - Knowledge of the health network (asset); - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.); - Fluency in French (oral and written); - Ability to perform approximately 5% of tasks in English, to provide service to English-speaking members (phone, email).
