Join our dynamic team as a Technical Sales Manager specializing in Ground Control Technologies for Underground Mining projects. As a pivotal member of our organization, you'll lead our sales strategy for rock reinforcement products in Canada, contributing to our company's success in this specialized sector.
The role would involve providing technical support to the customers across Canada for rock bolts and related products. This is a highly technical role, where you will work in the largest and most complex UG mines in Canada to aid customers with their safety and production goals. Our products are already well used in underground mines across Canada and the world, where we've built our reputation as technical experts who deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute a robust sales strategy tailored to the unique demands of the underground mining industry. Your strategic acumen will drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Your ability to understand and address their specific needs will ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Expertise and Training: Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities, while providing comprehensive product training to both our sales team and customers. Your deep understanding of our offerings will be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations and Proposals: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and services. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting persuasive proposals and quotations in collaboration with technical and engineering teams.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and business development. Forge strategic partnerships with distributors and other stakeholders to further our reach and impact.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in geotechnical or mining industries.
Strong understanding of rock reinforcement products and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management experience.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
